By purchasing a Font of Font Family from 123XLSX.com you purchase a single machine royalty free usage license for the Font. The single machine royalty free usage license allows you to install and use the Font or any Font in your purchased Font Family on ONE (1) machine only. The Font can then be used in any Excel template, spreadheet, dashboard report, document or other Microsoft application unning on the machine as often as you desire without the need to pay any license or additional fee.
If the Font of Font Family should be installed on several machines, you must purchase a Multi-User License for the Font, allowing you to install the Font legally across 5, 25, 100, or an unlimited number of work stations and portables.

| Are there any copyright or license implications I need to be aware of?

Yes. In purchasing an Excel template, Excel dashboard report, or Font. You purchase a royalty free user license for the use of the file(s).
However, you are not permitted to re-sell the Excel template, Excel dashbaord report, or Font for any or other commercial purposes.
In the case of Excel templates, the user license permits use of the Excel template for any back office, accounting or management task and you may freely add content to the Excel template for your own required use. However, use of the template is strictly limited to non-commercial (resale) or private use and for use in its original state. The Excel template, may not be copied, duplicated, or otherwise used to produce other Excel templates for resale or other commercial purposes.
In the event of doing so 123XLSX.com recognizes its legal right as author, and will take legal action against any party found to be involved in or assisting with such actions.
